EU Regulation 679/2016 on personal data processing - Art. 13
ALIEN SRL, VAT no. 14153130969, as Data Controller, informs you pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree no. 101/2018 (hereinafter "Privacy Code") and art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR") that your data will be processed according to the methods and purposes specified below:
1. SUBJECT OF PROCESSING
This Privacy Policy concerns the management methods of the website www.alienmodelmgmt.com in reference to the processing of personal data of users who complete submission forms to apply as models.
Personal data processing means any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, processing, selection, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination, comparison, limitation, erasure or destruction.
1.1 TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED
1.1.1 Data voluntarily provided by the user
Through the submission forms on our website, we collect the following personal data that you voluntarily provide:
Personal data: name, surname, date of birth, gender
Contact data: email address, phone number, city of residence
Physical data: height, body measurements (bust, waist, hips), eye color, hair color, shoe size
Social media: Instagram profile link, TikTok profile link
Photographs: 4 images (close-up, profile, half-body, full-body) without makeup or styling, as specified in the form instructions
1.1.2 Technical data collected automatically
Our website, built on the Framer platform, may automatically collect some technical data during navigation:
IP address
Browser type used
Device information
Data relating to approximate geographical location
Note: Our website does not use profiling or tracking cookies.
2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:
a) Primary purposes (legal basis: consent art. 6.1.a GDPR)
Evaluation of application for modeling activities
Inclusion in the agency database for future job opportunities
Communication of job opportunities and castings
Management of contractual relationship in case of selection
b) Secondary purposes (legal basis: legitimate interest art. 6.1.f GDPR)
Improvement of services offered
Anonymous statistical analysis of collected data
3. PROCESSING METHODS
The processing of your personal data is carried out through the operations indicated in art. 4 no. 2) GDPR, specifically: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, erasure and destruction of data.
Your personal data is subject to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing, in compliance with the confidentiality and security rules provided by law.
4. DATA RETENTION
Personal data will be stored for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, specifically:
Non-selected applications: 2 years from the date of submission
Models included in the database: for the entire duration of the professional relationship and 5 years after its termination
Technical data: for the duration of the browsing session
5. DATA COMMUNICATION AND DISCLOSURE
Your data may be communicated to:
Agency clients (photographers, brands, advertising agencies) for job opportunities, with your specific consent
Collaborators and suppliers who perform outsourcing activities for the agency (e.g., photographers, makeup artists)
Competent authorities when required by law
Data will never be disclosed indiscriminately.
6. DATA TRANSFER
Personal data is stored on servers located within the European Union. Any transfers outside the EU will only occur following the adoption of standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.
7. CONSENT AND MINORS
Adults: Consent to processing is given by checking the appropriate boxes in the submission form.
Minors: Subjects under 18 years of age must obtain consent from those exercising parental responsibility before sending their application. Consent must be given by the parent/guardian who assumes responsibility for the truthfulness of the information provided.
8. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
As a data subject, you have the right to:
Access: obtain confirmation of the existence of your data and their communication in intelligible form
Rectification: obtain correction of inaccurate data or integration of incomplete data
Erasure: obtain deletion of your data in cases provided by law
Restriction: obtain restriction of processing in the cases provided
Portability: receive your data in structured format to transmit to another controller
Objection: object to processing for legitimate reasons
Consent withdrawal: withdraw consent given at any time
